Matthew Aubin is an Executive leader with 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry working within pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturers, as well as in a management consulting and analytics advisory capacity across all healthcare stakeholders. Matt has expertise across commercialization, including being part of over a dozen product launches, building commercial organizations, go-to-market models, and commercial execution capabilities for many of the fortune 500 life sciences companies. He has been at the forefront of developing innovative and transformative commercial strategies to combat the rapidly evolving healthcare market as recognized by and published in the Wall Street Journal. In his journey, Matt has been involved in helping life sciences companies drive strategies, execution tools and tactics for EHRs for almost the past decade. Matt is an Industry Thought Leader who speaks regularly on the topic of innovative strategies to create and deliver value in a rapidly changing healthcare ecosystem (AMCP, PCMH, EHR Master Class, Oncology Market Access).
