Michelle Soble, R.Ph., MBA

Michelle Soble is an experienced clinical pharmacist with extensive product management experience and a demonstrated history of working in the health care industry.  Her areas of expertise encompass ePrescribing, electronic prior authorization, pharmacy law and regulations, electronic health records, HIPAA, disease management, and Medicare Part D. 

As co-editor of Point-of-Care Partners’ (POCPs’) ePrescribing State Law ReviewePA State Navigator and ePrescribing State Law On-Demand, Michelle researches, evaluates and interprets health care regulations and statutes as they relate to health IT applications. In addition to her role at POCP, she serves as a Preceptor for 4th-year pharmacy students at Midwestern University and the University of Arizona. 

For nearly 10 years, Michelle served as Sr. Product Director, then Principal Pharmacist for DrFirst during which time she was also a part-time staff pharmacist for CVS Health. Early in her career, Michelle was Manager of Disease Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. 

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BS in Pharmacy and a Masters in Toxicology.  She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western International University.
