Michelle Soble, R.Ph., MBA

Michelle Soble, R.Ph., MBA serves as the co-editor of Point-of-Care Partners’ (POCPs’) ePrescribing State Law Review and ePA State Navigator. Michelle researches, evaluates, and interprets health care regulations and statutes related to health IT applications. 

Michelle is an experienced clinical pharmacist with extensive product management experience and a demonstrated history in the health care industry, focusing on ePrescribing, electronic prior authorization, pharmacy laws and regulations, electronic health records, HIPAA, disease management, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid. 

She also works with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, where she oversees pharmacy benefits for Medicaid members with developmental disabilities. For 5 years, she helped Magellan Rx stand up their Medicare Part D program. For nearly 10 years, Michelle served as Sr. Product Director, then Principal Pharmacist for DrFirst, while also working part-time as a staff pharmacist for CVS Health. Early in her career, Michelle was Manager of Disease Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. 

Michelle graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Pharmacy and a Master’s in Toxicology.  She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western International University.
